After enduring the scorching heat of the sun, I made my way to one of the renowned coffee shops in Lugait, Misamis Oriental.
Val Coffee, situated along the national highway in Lugait, Misamis Oriental, greets you with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. If you're approaching from CDO, you'll find it on the left side of the road. The coffee shop offers a cozy ambiance, making you feel right at home as you observe the intricate details of the metal material used. To me, it resembled a container house transformed into a vibrant coffee hub.
Working there provides a tranquil environment (like a hub on the mountain side), ensuring privacy while the staff creates a positive atmosphere with their carefully curated playlist of classic tunes, enhancing the overall experience.
We tried few items from their menu, including hot and iced Americano coffee (two orders, as I was accompanied by a friend), lasagna, aglio e olio pasta, a frappe (I forgot the specific name), and a ham & cheese clubhouse sandwich. While we indulged quite a bit, we didn't have the chance to try everything on their extensive menu. The pasta dishes, particularly the aglio e olio and lasagna, were truly delightful. I must admit, they exceeded my expectations. I swear!
