With gas prices soring we had to make a judgment call on where to go and what states we have left to visit. We decided the Florida Keys would be a great place to work and then perhaps set our sites on the lower west US for the winter! Who knows what will happen, we really like it here so far, will the island life inspire us to stay? Follow our adventures and find out!

It turned out great just what we were looking for 6 months with super cheap Rv lot rent in the middle of paradise. We’ve actually decided to stay in the keys for a bit much longer, but We’ve now moved on to two different jobs and eventually will be working together at the same place down here
How did you all find this position? I'm pretty sure we met you there in October but didn't realize you had a channel!

We actually found out about this and the restaurant through Jeff’s cousin, he is friends with the owner of the restaurant. Jeff got a job at the resort 6 month work camp (ended October) and I worked at the restaurant until early January this year. I think you can find the Rv resort jobs through ELS properties they own or manage all the thousand trail properties. I just checked your channel and you look very familiar to me, I think we did meet! maybe we met at the restaurant? Or pool?

This particular job was through ELS Properties AKA Thousand Trails / Encore. On their website there are career/ jobs post nation wide that you can apply for. This particular job was seasonal and we worked the Summer season.

@@Down2RV Do you know if it's possible to apply as a foreigner? Of course for a seasonal job. (I'm an italian guy studying engineering in north Italy). Is it a nice spot to have a summer experience? There are other young people? Thx :-)
