It is an indicator that maps out the session. It is called FX market sessions and you can setup time etc for yourself.
I really like your work and effort I enjoy these videos ..how can I make them too?

Just record your backtesting, I do it with OBS and look for some interesting parts out of ICT's twitter spaces to use as audio !! GL Brother
