Thanks to you for this great experiment and experience.❤ I wish and a request to you should make a better antenna for SW reception in Radio,I am from India West Bengal Kolkata,Here too much china channels which coverup all outer foreign country channels Dutch radio, Voice of America, Russian radio,Saudi radio Etc etc

Awesome job and perfect for pota, sota, camping, etc. Can this same application be used in a delta loop? The center wire terminates back to the ground/braid. The loop can be as large as practical and then the coil will fine tune the length for each band.

Yes perfect for outdoor activations. I have not tried a loop, i don't know if it is going to work but it is a good idea. Keep in mind that at 40m the performance is limited due to the small length of the antenna. Many 73, good luck

This looks like My install back in 1982 but I had a Cobra 2000 CB not a 7300 Nikos Now I have many QRP all the way up to BIG Yeasu's Wish you many years hope to hear you 10,20,40 73's N3WER Chris
