First one: 4:21 Asking the question "Why?" Second: 5:08 "Go to sleep" or "Wake up!" Third: 6:10 "Get it yourself!" Fourth: 7:03 "I have a better idea!" Fifth: 9:17 "I already know that." (it says 4, it's actually 5) Sixth: 10:55 "No. Not right now!" (it's 6 not 5 and for the last two) Seventh: 12:40 "Look at that person." (comparison) Eight: 13:43 "Giving ultimatums and threats." As a man I can say that the last 2 are the worst.

True relationships work together in unity. Even when timelines differ. Each should be aware of how much the other is doing within the relationship, family duties and everyday living and chores, especially if the female is holding down a job too. Balance is harmony, setting time for each other is harmony, your man appreciating your contributions with flowers and kisses, and you with surprise fun specialties and romance. If only we could all be happy and comfortable in a relationship that gets bigger with more responsibility, we all need to step up or get out!

This is nice, and much of it is true. The problem is unfortunately there are some men not following God therefore every idea, plan, suggestion is not honoring God, the marriage, the family and even sometimes himself. This is great advice for someone with a husband who is willing to love his wife or at least somewhat kind. There are unfortunately many worldly feminist broken rude disrespectful immature messy petty wives, but there are also many dismissive controlling abusive immature chauvinistic mean unloving angry verbal (and sometimes financially and physically) abusive husbands. the part of this message about prayer and fasting is truly the best part because marriages are and have been under great attack.

I think there is a scripture in the Bible that addresses how a woman with an unbelieving husband can win him to Christ with how she treats him. God considered those things…He knew there would be situations like those. The Bible has a solution to every problem. The issue is we dont know enough of it to benefit from it. I did say we which includes myself😊

You will help quite a few women especially our ebony sisters in Christ. I expect women of the world, or sinners to be brutal with their words, & conversations. I understand it all starts with men being like Christ(Ephesians 5:25-33). But there are no conditions for either husband, or wife to follow suit with the God principles for marriage. Husband can't say I will love her "if she" fulfill a requirement or the wife saying I will submit "if he" does this. Thank you for the content & my prayer is the Lord will open many doors of opportunity for you to help our sisters.

Asking why is good. I disagree with the first point, in actual fact he should be open in helping you understand why he is for something or why he wants you guys to take a certain step. Unless it’s in a rude way, I don’t think there’s anything wrong in trying to understand something.

She made the distinction in the video Constantly asking "Why?" can be implying that you aren't satisfied with his leadership, but is passive aggressive in a subconscious way. If you ARENT satisfied with his leadership, that's OK. You two need to have a conversation about it honestly, instead of trying to constantly drag him down. There's nothing wrong with asking questions, but if you keep trying to sabotage your man by annoying him, that is wrong

Why? Depends on the tone sistas sometimes use. With the eye roll, nasty tone in their voice. The heavy breathing, talking out loud to yourself where he can hear it. “I don’t know why we gotta do it like this” or” why you got me doing this” Even saying this on the phone with your friends about him.

If you should not treat them like a child and tell them when to go to sleep, what's with all the "baby" talk. Like: I've got you bae or baby or, bae I will get it in a minute or as soon as I can. Do our big strong men " need" this baby talk? Let me know because I don't talk to my husband using baby talk in every sentence or conversation with him. I'm just asking for clarity.

I think that on the part where she ask WHY might also be from a place of curiosity and if that's the case then it's not offensive. Also the part where she'd say go to sleep or wake up? It's the couples' duty to care for and help each other so saying he needs to go to sleep or wake up isn't all wrong, but they're all tied to how it is said, like you pointed out. You're awesome Karole! 👍

A common connection between these things a wife should never say is dismissal. They all seem to dismiss the man in some way, dismiss his own choices and manhood. This is something we learn from Jesus period, to acknowledge people and not dismiss them, so if you are a christian, you should never forget to treat anyone and your spouse well just because you have grown accustomed to them. It's one of the curses God gave to Eve that she would desire her husband but he will rule over her and we start to feel helpless, but Jesus breaks the curse and instead we can rely on the strength of Jesus to empower us to love again and to pray for our spouses, as well as our spouses respecting us and loving us and also not dismissing us too.

We are allowed to share our thoughts in a respectful manner, but we are supposed to ultimately go along with whatever he decides. The bad decisions are on him, he is supposed to hold himself accountable. If he doesn't, God knows the heart. If we are doing our part, the rest is between him and God.

These are some good tips, but it goes both ways. You need to do a video where you tell husbands not to say these words to their wives. Many husbands, such as my late husband, say some or all of these things to their wives. I didn’t say any of these things to him. I was about to have a conversation with him about not saying these words to me anymore, but he passed away unexpectedly before I could do it.

Agree both sides should do for one another. But she is talking about women serving their husbands being the helpmate God created. Sometimes women take this , get defensive and start saying what the man supposed to be doing. God instructs both parties. Women focus on their part. I’m sure she has videos on what the husband supposed to do, treating his wife.

You need to get a mic. Good clip, but your audio is not good. Low voice and then loud music for the intro. A good mic should be able to fix that.

How sensitive, weak and helpless is your husband? I'm pretty sure that he can give a bath to your children or get something by himself. Although if you call him to a king you are already in wrong place. Relationship should base in equality and common respect not one sided respect or serving one sided to one person.

KJV 1 Peter 3:5-6 5 For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: 6 Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.

The point isn’t that he’s helpless. It’s treating him with the kindness & respect you would want. Not rudely saying “get it yourself” or “can’t you see I’m doing something?!” By saying something like “Sure just give me a minute to finish this” you give him 2 choices- a) “of course, take your time, and thank you” or b) “oh never mind. I didn’t realize you were doing something. I’ll get it.” Obviously he shouldn’t be rude either treating you with kindness and respect.

@@l.williams6249 telling that someone should do something by himself/herself is not rude specially when you are doing something. You can be kind without serving everything to other person. If you want that someone is doing everything to someone else then hire a maid.
