In fairness, like 99% of 40k is set either in space or on land and just about everyone has access to flying vehicles, so most understandably forget that they do still have and use regular ships and submersible craft in the 41st millennium.

The Word Bearer trilogy is one of my all time favorites next to the Night Lords. Boreas getting trolled by the other Word Bearers after getting ran over by the chimera was one of the best parts.
Never forget that under that 200 to 10,000 year old Space Marine is a 12 year old that never got to experience playing and having fun. Moments like that are when those forgotten children show through the warriors they think they are.
Huh, I literally just talked about this in the comment of another video a few seconds ago.

I love burias he’s such a child and his joining of the brotherhood was so tragic
I studied in a seminary for a summer, and I always imagined the Word Bearers acting like the priests there. They loved to play football(soccer), play pranks, and pray. The Word Bearers are likely the same, but spikier and with higher death counts.
Given what happened to Burias in the end, I’m glad he got odd moments like this 😂
‘Twas rather humanizing then they were all pissing their pants over Corax
What a goofy goober 😂 I love funny moments in the Grim Dark

For some reason, Word Bearers is the only series of novels that showed ordinary chaos marines having something resembling comradery or friendship in 40k. Night Lords and Iron Warriors books are mostly focused on the drama and infighting.

The Word Bearers trilogy is one of the more underrated series from Black Library, especially the second one which is barely a Word Bearers book.
Idk, I love dynamics between Dark Apostle Lakhmu and Chaos Lord Amatnim in Apocalypse, one of the new books about imperial fist primaris marines. Amatnim is charismatic and uncharacteristically frivolous, while Lakhmu is dogmatic and inflexible in everything he says, together they create a hilarious comic duet.
Dude. Bruh. Ive noticed the Traitors tend to act much more human than their loyalist kin, and I suspect their link to The Emperor is to blame - ah his humanity burns away on The Golden Throne so too do theirs.
Opinion: Each faction should get their share of funny/black comedy like the Dark Eldar got with their 5th ED Codex (Orkz on the other hand should get more moments that are both hilarious and awesome...or plain awesome).
Hey it’s not like there is much one can do as a chaos space marine at least he should have had it for himself it later after they got the mission done
