It's a wooton desk; that desk design is from the 1870s. Based on what I read about it, the starting price is $700, $800, and it goes up to thousands of dollars. Currently, there's a small number of manufacturers that still make it, but the price is $25,000. This video says that it's a Rockefeller model.
