My daughter works for the USPS and they are backlogged with the mail. That's part of the reason our mail is running late. Great yarn haul !!!

@Bag-O-Day Crochet I forgot to add that I've always used standard shipping from WoolWarehouse. But I hate that there is no tracking. So, for my last two orders, I chose the more expensive alternative--and, surprisingly, it was less than $3 more. Not only did DHL stay in close contact with me, the orders were SO fast! First order was made on Saturday, 8/22, and it arrived to me in Washington State on Wednesday, 8/26. The second order I placed on Thursday and it will be here Tuesday.

The Thursday order that was supposed to come Tuesday came TODAY--Sunday! That's almost 5,000 miles in three days!

This is my favorite website to order from! Prices are good, they have SOOOOOO much yarn to choose from (from cheap to more expensive yarns), and their customer service is great ^^ I've never had any problems with them, and shipping is cheap for me (I live in France). Plus, their little organza bags are very practical to store things!

The color way of the Japanese yarn is “Cleopatra”!!! I laughed when I saw how they spelled it.

I did the Sunny log cabin blanket when Lucy from Attic24 released it as a crochet along...I would no longer be able to do this kind of work, especially because of time and small crochet hook LOL ...but it was so rewarding and the result amazing. Each time I put that blanket out everybody is in awe. Lucy has a great eye for putting together colors, and she hits it good each time , that is why there are so many of her kits. I loved this unboxing, thank you Crystal!

Oh beautiful! That marble chunky!

I found a new yarn to love!! I like the Milk Cotton yarn, I have been making coasters & doilies with it, it feels almost like silk to me. I find myself picking up my hook intending to make a doily, I start with a pattern, then when I don't like the pattern any more, I change it to whatever I like.

I love wool warehouse! I've never had any issues with my orders from them and they are really quick although I do live in Northern Ireland. It'll be interesting to see what drops yarn you get, I mostly stick with their cotton but the drops air is gorgeous even though I'm not really a wool fan. I'll look out for the next installment of your order! Stay safe 🙂

I don't even usually like "red" but that is JUST the right red with a little bit of black and of course the sparkly bits. I saw a little "sneak peek" of what you are making with it on your craft room tour (thank you for the tour!!!! LOVED it!) and I can't wait to see that tutorial. I want to make a sweater so bad... it will be my first one so I'm trying to find something that isn't too difficult and that I have the yarn for. I won't have THAT yarn, but I've got some chunky just calling my name. I know I say it a lot, but I REALLY APPRECIATE you, Crystal.
