That burnt out resistor is actually a fusible resistor which was current overloaded and blew due to heat generated by the short to ground USB port. It's always a good practice to use a series 40watts light bulb when dealing with power issues in electronics to prevent the replaced new parts burning out during testing the appliances.

If the display is working, then the problem might be on amplifier IC

Most likely its a dry joint on a power capacitor. I've repaired one, found one capacitor leg was loose on the board

The subwoofer's problem was on the power issue .. you've not clearly shown how you replaced the resistance or the diodes..you've just showed us in brief how you replaced the usb port... which was not the main cause of repairing the subwoofer... not satisfied with the power solving issue in this video.

I think you never watched the whole video. The resistance was unknown, resistor was burnt completely. I replaced with 7812 regulator to achieve 12 volts. The usb port was a minor problem on the display side.
