Woodworking and Rolling Cigars: First Time Using my Home-made Belicoso Fino Mold

Ойын-сауық

I've been trying to design and make a wooden cigar mold that produces a shape exactly like the Bolivar Belicoso Fino (140mm x 52), including the correct curvature at the head. Woodworking in the heat is tough, but after several failed attempts I've made the first acceptable prototype today. This video is the very first time using it. What I end up rolling is more of a pointy torpedo than a true beli, but that's not the mold's fault. The mold's dimensions are spot on, and next time I'll get the tip looking right.

That came out FANTASTIC 🤩 the mold is super cool too, I’ve been looking for a belicoso mold online but can’t find one. This gives me inspiration to make my own!

Can we not weigh the tobacco as per the standard size?

We could. I find that doing it by the feeling of the bunch in your hand gives better results.
