It's amazing how something such as this relieves you... that's wonderful. I guess that's why I watch them. Things are going to get better my brother 🙏 and have a blessed day. Look at the positive side of things you able to spend time with your family. That's the most important thing of all.

I have to admit that I have never been a real fan of resin use in woodturning but I have to admit that this piece is Stunning. I am a retired, disabled Senior Master of Art (teacher) from South Australia & have only recently started watching woodturning videos & now watch them constantly. I find that this piece struck me as a real Work of Art. Congratulations on your workmanship & design. Don

Just when I think I’ve already seen the most beautiful thing you’ve made, I come across this vase and stand corrected. THIS is positively breathtaking. Thank you letting us see your immense talent.

That is so beautiful, who would realise a chunk of gnarly old wood could turn onto such a wonderful vase!

WoW... it turned out absolutely gorgeous. The silver mica powder is stunning, but combined with the wood is really beautiful.

This piece ranks in my top 5 of all of the pieces that i have seen turned on KZread! Absolutely stunning,

I've lived quite a long time on this planet, I'm an artist myself, but I have never seen anything as beautiful as this appear before my eyes at the hands of a highly skilled artisan - a Master of his trade, my heart is still beating quickly from this event, God Bless.

I have never before seen such excellent tool skills. One can only appreciate it when seeing the continuous resin peeling away. For sure a Master of Craft.

The more I watch these woodturning videos the more I want to try it for myself, but a lathe and all the tools I'd need would cost a fortune! Maybe some day I'll get to try it...I could really see me doing this for hours.

The only criticism for this amazing artisanship is that he could not have made the vase from a bigger stamp and imaging it being at the corner entrance of the main foyer. The first stunning art that guests notice at first glance.

Holy shit man, I'd never be brave enough to put that thing on my lathe without some extreme belt sanding first. Exotic grain turned out nicely though.

I saw this video in early 2020 just as the pandemic was starting. I bought a lathe a few weeks later. I now have a shop with 3 lathes. This video still amazes me, and I come back and watch it often.

Hello Andy. I handwork metal and my last project was an antique axehead and handle. I spent 5 days, not hours, hand polishing a rusted out 120 year old axehead with steel wool and mineral oils. When the sun shines on it people swear its translucent. I know it is but I don't need to swear. The peace these silent moments bring me are what gives a life substance. When I watch you create, I'm proud to be part of your species.

this guy takes the most beat up peace of wood and makes amazing things, great work!

I'd bet it takes at least a full day to make that, plus the time needed for the resin to cure. It would not be exciting.
