Non stick parchment is a Trangias best friend, and saves all washing up. 👌🏼

Lovely way to cook a steak, made me proper hungry! Looked a very chilled evening, a bit sunshine, nice food and a fire. A little animal encounter. Just about perfect mate. #creepydollshead

What a great find, someone had made a lot of effort building all of that. Great bushcraft video though with the steak cooking. Definately worth finding a permission somewhere to do more camps on bush craft theme. I'm constantly on the lookout walking footpaths in my area to see if i can find a farmer with a woodland somewhere and knock on their door.

That's a nice woodland with spring blooming..and then..the doll's head..had to laugh! Great campsite find..starting thinking of the movie Wicker Man for some reason…lol.. I like your style of cooking steak and breakfast look really good too Until the next time..take care 🇨🇦❤️

Handy find that Ash. Lovely camp and food. I have the bush pro bivvy hasn't let me down and does the job . Got to do that worm thing a bit to get in and out though 😂 . Take it easy there 👍

Trangia pans always stick like sh1t to a blanket, jetboil skillet is the one 👌🦡

That egg was perfectly cooked…..lol Don’t think I’ve ever seen anything out of a trangia that’s not burnt. Great video and well done on the 9k . Hardy

Hi Ash, another relaxing little adventure. I've got the same trangia cookset, although not used it yet. After what you've said about the lack of non-stick, I wonder if there's a way of seasoning it, like you do a wok or frying pan? Just about to watch your latest. ATB buddy. Rich and Annuschka.

Nice vid Ash, very respectful not using their supplies. There's something about cooking over a fire like that that really appeals but as a vegetarian I don't think it'll be quite the same if I skewer up a slab of tofu 😅

Great video ash really enjoyable that was a great camp you found there maybe you should consider getting a permission woodland to build a permanent camp of your own I think it would be excellent good bushcraft skill on show with skewer and great cooking breakfast looked amazing but what about the tomato sauce 😀 thanks for sharing ♠️

@@AshOutdoorsUK managed to get up to the Peak District a few weeks back and camped in a pine wood near Hope was absolutely lovely. Not got anything else planned for a while unfortunately due to holidays etc. Hopefully get away in June for a camp somewhere.

Another great vid! How do you carry the eggs, bacon etc to keep it fresh ready for cooking? just wondered mate, Anyway love the filming and footage as always! 🙂

Hey Martin! Thanks pal, yeah I liked it, it seems a similar size to my alpkit but slightly lighter so think I’ll use it on winter camps in smaller tents to stop condensation getting on my bag, Hope all is well, and thank you as always for watching Ash

What an awesome camp!!! I’d be hanging right off the end of that bed 😂 Your Trangia is not the non stick version, I literally said to hubby “oh dear his breakfast is going to stick” and yep it did. Also, others may have mentioned that the lid is also a frying pan 😃 I love my Trangia but it takes some getting used to. Yeah, I thought the top was a frying pan, and to be honest I wasn’t sure so just used the pots… imagine if it was just a lid and I was using it to cook on 😂 Yeah, move is getting there now, just loads of sorting and painting now 🤦🏻‍♂️ hope you’re having a good week pink one x

Perfect overnighter mate, what a find that camp was, very decent of you being respectful of other people's camps, I hope they watch your vid and realise what a cracking human you are. 👏 That steak looked amaze... Yeah I don't get why trangia just don't coat the bottom of those pans in a non stick coating 🤷🏼‍♂️ Loved this, chilled, good food, beautiful location too. 👍❤️
