I just got my hm 122 set up and sawed a couple of logs, I'm very excited to start some projects with the lumber.

Very nice. I have the exact same mill. I do have the trailer though for hauling it around at my cabin. They are very nice mills. You did great on your first cut. Nice video.

great little mill had mine over a year now i mostly saw soft wood pine cedar and hemlock.

Awesome video!! Absolutely beautiful how you set up the base for your rails. One of the nicest I’ve seen on other videos. All in all, for your first rodeo, I think you deserve a Gold Star!! Hope you will continue to make and share additional videos. Perhaps a video just discussing how you leveled the rails, any particular advice you might share on assembling the mill, I think would be of great interest. I appreciate you sharing your experience with us!

Maybe a light thinner first cut ?

Blocks are sitting on wrong side they should have solid side on ground d contact to spread contact area over larger area to minimize settling
