I love the woodlands for all of it's tree preservation it makes the place feel premium. If the Woodforrest goes the same conservation minimum-deforresting route I'll go for the Woodforrest instead

Great community but cell service on AT&T and Verizon was challenging at best. That said this is quite common in many of these newer communities. Having multiple providers bringing fiber in would be a boon for people who live here or consider this as their home

Agreed, cell service is the worst I’ve seen. Someone told me they saw a new tower going up recently, hoping that helps
What's up with nothing but Soccer fields in the woodlands area?? Couldn't find barely any softball/baseball fields anywhere. Was doing a drive through throughout the area. Considering Spring 99, Woodlands, and south conroe. Trying to relocate from atascocita, but need to be close commute to freeway.
Lived there. Its turning into a cluster.

Definitely depends on your lifestyle, if you have to commute for work it can definitely be tough with the traffic, but if you live your life in that area with no commute it’s pretty great. Where did you move?
What is potentialxrebt for the 3b/r townhome in Woodlands in case if I want to invest?
HOA fees?
What about middle schools in Woodlands?
