Hiii thank you!! It's a jeweler's hand drill. You could also use a pin vise (practically the same thing). A quick search on amazon or any local hardware shop should do the job :) Hope that helps!

Mrudula Tiwaskar maybe a mini farmer’s market!
I’ve heard people complain about using nail polish in craft. Is it prone to cracking?
Hey why not add a leather like handle? Also they have miniature hinges at Walmart and hobby lobby! That would add even more fun details to this fantastic craft! Also I just wanted to say thank you, for responding to your fans. I have been a fan of some ‘famous’ crafters since the beginning but have yet to even get a comment once on anything.

My mind won't let me move away from the fact that you made the base and lid differently in terms of measurement, one which is right, the other can't be. For the bottom half you measured the longer sides AFTER you had glued on the shorter sides because you need to have the measurement of the base plate plus the added side pieces. But for the lid you measured both sides at the same time and that can't possibly work, it would leave tiny small square gaps at the edges. The long sides have to be longer to cover the base plate plus the glued on short sides. Am I missing something?

oh, what does it matter, in miniature making, as long as your piece works, everything's fine :) perhaps it was a tiny issue with the filming and some exrra work was done behind the scenes
They are butiful but how do you work with those nails?
