I've hit these guys with 223 a couple of times and they still run 20 feet. They are tough. Shot one of them with a .22 pistol once and it took about 6 hits before it rolled over and started kicking. I finally switched to 300BLK. That rolls them.

I grew up hunting them with 22 cause that’s the first rifle Dad gave me when I was younger so I still like to get it out for them here and there but you’re right they’re surprisingly tough. Thanks for watching S P!

Nice rifle. And there’s nothing like sitting on the porch whistle piggin. 3 down from my porch last month. Revelation 22mag bolt.👍

Heck yeah Randall!! I could sit there all day if there were enough of em around anymore. 10 years ago they were everywhere in every farmers field. I think the increase in coyotes has put a hurting on the woodchuck population. Shoot straight bud!

Just popped a groundhog in my yard with a 300blk. Probably overkill, but he died quick.

Self filming isn’t easy when your prey is running directly at you. Thanks for watching David!
