how do you keep the air from blowing it apart or delaminating it?

Good question! All our boards are fitted with vents that allow them to breathe. Either a goretex one or a bung style one depending on the customers needs :)
I had an Aviso carbon fiber hollow board...(broke that unbreakable board) Wood seems like it would last....cool.
so cool !!! i will do wooden too ... i made one with XPS... nightmare, will never do it again... EVER . Go for the wood. Its better !
what about balsa? too expensive?

Diffficult to trace responsible, biodiverse, regenerative growth and production...needs to travel half way round the globe and locally grown cedar works perfectly for us :)
