I made this wood serving tray with three types of wood. I used walnut, cherry, and maple wood. For the sides and handles, I used cherry wood. I do not have a CNC, that is why I made a pattern for my router to trace. That way the handles should all be exactly the same. I used a domino joiner from Festool on the sides and handles for extra strength. It also helps for alignment when I glue the sides and handles to the base of the serving tray. I hope this video help beginner woodworkers with tip and tricks. I enjoy doing woodwork and showing people how I make things from wood. It also helps me sell my woodworking projects from my website and I also get custom orders. If you would like a custom order, the easiest way is to message me on Instagram. The link is above! I hope this video gets lots of views, and I sell my woodwork!

Thank you!
Thats awesome! Ever had any issues with expansion in the bottom? And how do you recommend sanding the inside after water popping?

I have not has issues with expansion. The corner I had to sand by hand.
Very nice, appreciate craftsmanship! I must have missed it, but did you previously make templates for handles from a prior tray? Thank you!

Thank you! I made a pattern with 1/4 plywood, then used my router with a flush cut bit
Sorry, but I've decided to stop watching videos where the only sounds I hear are tools and clicks and pops.
