are plastic furniture legs as good as the wood. I know the weight they can hold is far less, but can I use the cheap plastic versus wood?

Hi there! You need something more than that, you could just use a T-nut instead of mounting plates, but you definitely need something there to attach the bolt properly. Hope it helps!

Hello. I purchased a used loveseat, and the legs were five inches. I wanted the loveseat to be higher, so I ordered an ornate set of eight inch legs from amazon. The original screws were metric, so we took the screws out of the old legs and put them in the new legs. It really looks good, but now the loveseat has a wobble. Is there any way to correct this? Thanks.

@@woodit1575 Good morning. By hanger bolts I’m thinking you are referring to what I’m calling screws, the threaded long piece of metal that is in the leg and screws into the mounting plate?

How do u make sofa legs balance. Front middle was 1/4 inch shorter then front end legs Couch seems to teeder todder

The legs in back 3/4 inch shorter & there is only two one on each end. In front the two o. The end measure: 7 3/4 inches the middle is 1/4 in shorter. The couch teeder todders?

Why did you use a round leg? need a tapered leg installed that has bolt in it, will not align properly when finished. Must of tried to put on 300 times, never tightens to where it needs to be.

@@woodit1575 The manufacturer used a cheap round rubber almost like a sealent ring instead of a plate
