    Red wormwood or latex wormwood, sand wormwood, and red wormwood, with the two-part nomenclature of Shorea roxburghii C. Don (other names S. harmandii Pierre, S. cochinchinensis Pierre), is a species of tree belonging to the Dipterocarpus family (or Starfish family, Dipterocarpaceae). Distribution The red galangal tree is distributed in Cambodia, India, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. In Vietnam, the tree grows in closed evergreen tropical humid forests, semi-deciduous forests at altitudes below 1300m, from Thua Thien Hue to Kien Giang. Describe Large tree, up to 30m high. Leaves are oval or oblong, 8-15 cm long, 4-6 cm wide, purple. Flowers in clusters or panicles, 7-8 cm long, in the axils of fallen leaves; yellow petals. The fruit is oblong, odorous, 2 cm long[1]. The red galangal tree flowers in January-February; Fruiting occurs in March-May[1].

Place of distribution: The tree is often distributed in China, Thailand, and Vietnam. In Vietnam, the tree grows in tropical jungles from Lao Cai, Lang Son, Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh. In addition, there are also naturally occurring species of Sedge wood in the West and Central of Africa with the two-part nomenclature of Autranella congolensis, commonly known as South African Saffron wood. Tree size: Large trees can be from 30m - 35m high, trunk diameter from 1.3m - 2m. The Sen plant grows slowly, prefers good soil and moisture.

    You should know then that all that fine sand on the big logs with the shitty little band saws they use the probably are dull with 5 or 10 minutes of cutting

    Let's face it, with the size of those trees, if you're wearing steel toes or osha approved sandals, if one of those slabs falls on your foot you're going to lose it.

    Those people are different, in my part of the world wouldn't take long for someone to do something stupid enough no amount of regulation could prevent bodily harm, their communication, trust in their coworkers is as amazing as no one got hurt in the making of this video. Safety buffs always fall back on ppo, well if you have common sense particularly near heavy moving objects, you can wear flip flops and still go home in one piece at the end of day.
