    GUYS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE IVE BEEN WORKING OUT DOING PILATES EVERDAY FOR 20 MINS.im on my 9th day! I feel so confident ❤❤. I only skipped yesterday because I had gymnastics practice and after i was so sore walking was painful.

    Ur a bit young so don't listen to the harsh motivation just do light stuff and don't watch workout vids or diet because your too young for that yet xx but stay safe !!
