The whole message of happiness being about cherishing the present and being grateful really hits home. I have struggled with depression for a long time and couldn’t find happiness but only recent I have started to feel better. Instead of achieving something big to feel happiness, I found pure joy in just making my morning coffee, connecting to my old hobbies like drawing. Suddenly life is not so hard to live. I feel grateful to be alive ♥️

The "whatever it is, cherish it while it's next to you" part resonates with me. My grandma, before passing away, used to say something similar, probably because she felt that she'll be gone. I didn't understand it like Wonwoo until she passed away and felt shallow. Now I try to be a better person with my family and friends while they are here with me.

I've been unemployed for the past 5/6 months so it has been very hard mentally for me...I feel really lost and 'worthless'... I don't know what to do with my life. I'm scared of wasting my time. I try to not compare myself with others but it's really hard when you see others kind of "leveling up" and making "progress" in their life... I'll try to stay positive tho... I cried. More like bawled hysterically. I’m feeling very lost with an ongoing family situation right now. I’m very out of place and coming to terms with the enormity and scope of the entire situation. I still have not reached a point to feel burnt out yet, but whenever I do, I will remember this episode. Thank you, Wonwoo. My life's goal in itself is just to live well. As long as I can support myself and my family, that's enough. I think I'm on the right path. Of course, I wanna go see Seventeen concert though! That's another life goal, for my happiness.
