I really like it when you explain what you are going to do and why the property is in the current shape. Knowing that it was abandoned and is now being taken care of by a new person makes it seem more hopeful for ongoing maintenance.

Beautiful scenery of the river!💖The resort looks so much nicer now that you have trimmed it up. It could use some colorful flowers though. You all did a fantastic job. A power washing the exterior and some brick & concrete work then exterior paint would really clean up the outside 100 percent, What's needed here is a Maintenance team ,what's the first thing people see ,the outside and grounds surrounding it that's the first thing to be done ,Lets do a revisit on this place in a few months as a follow up
