Madam athu beans grating illa fine chopping and potato kuda not slicing. Grating means thuruvarudhu. Slicing means Neela neelama cut panradhu. Chopping means kutti kuttiya narukurudhu

You just have to insert into the hole of the lid. It will get in. You also have to close the lid properly after fixing the blade inside

If u are talking about the side handle which we use for holding, we should just slide it .

I bought on june knob broken in july i called them so many time they says mechanic will contact u so far nobody called us.for calling we have to pay money. If we say the product is nice they reply. One year guarantee

Try using warm water and dish washing liquid and give a run. It will simplify cleaning

You have to use a silicon spatula n scoop out all the remains of the kneaded dough from the blades, rather than using your fingers. I cut my finger while washing the blade, used for kneading n then thought of the spatula idea later 😂

You change the speed of blade according to vegetables that u cut. If it dies not cut in slow speed option change to high speed option

Yes it is, i am using it daily as my hubby is on paleo diet and i do cailiflower rice for him using this. Blades are sharp so handle it with care
