I have to agree you are a great teacher you make it easy for guys like me to sound pretty close to the original and that’s a great feeling I own a 100w marshall head 2/12 cab and my baby a 2010 Gibson les paul traditional which I have heavily upgraded and I could never get what I thought a good sound should be like until I tagged along with your lessons a suddenly tunes that I’ve loved since the 70s were coming from my hands and my guitar I can’t tell you how big a deal that moment was for me so I wanna say thankyou man you are the coolest.

Confirming something I suspected. With a Gretsch that has the mud switch, gotta go full forward with it engaging the muddiest position along with the bridge pickup into a bright overdriven amp. And the sound is THERE.

Every nuance of Pete's style you nail it. Better than his little brother Simon does. Get some air moving with the windmill and I would swear its Pete. I have a video I took of this from the front row zoomed on Pete's guitar. (Shameless channel plug). You play it pretty much just like in the video I shot. I keep learning from you. Great teach at the end too. For those who don't know this is likely the most difficult song to emulate by another player. JJ just f'n nails it! Great job!
