Real men wear tuberose 💁🏻‍♂️😂 My favourite Amouage is Epic woman, I get a lot of powdery rose but also some great quality al hojari frankincense as well. I urge you to try it if you haven't 👌🏼 Love "women's" perfumes, even if I don't wear them, I appreciate so many of them a lot. I think I am correct in saying that Fougere Royale, the first fougere was popular with women! Crazy when you think it started an entire genre most associated with masculine perfumery. 😂 Thanks for this video, really interesting and in awe of your collection here. Cheers 🙏🏼🌹

Alexander McQueen's Parfum in the black bottle with gold top trim. Tuberose intoxication in a bottle. One of the best I like. I happened to get a free Christmas ornament made like the bottle in 2016 when I bought the fragrance for myself, I meant for her.

@@RamseytheRam really nice video. I discovered Must de Cartier recently…like 3 weeks ago. I love it love it love it. It’s a bit of a wild ride but smells so good every bit of he way. The pure perfume is the best but I love the vintage edt too. You may like Niki de Saint Phalle. It’s also crazy and wild and to my nose, absolutely beautiful.

Great video and lineup! Gender in perfumery is just a marketing and social construct. Added new perfumes to my try list. Not gonna lie. I am apprehensive about going down the vintage rabbit hole, but I might cave in if I find a great deal. For now I will be living and learning vicariously through you and Rich haha.Thanks!

There are some cheap ways to get into vintage stuff if you want ... only problem is you might up like a Ram & and a Duck we are stuck in the rabbit hole never to return 🐏🦆 we stick our heads out every now and then only to retreat immediately after seeing the carnage of the current perfume environment 🤣

Outstanding “chypre”! But seriously this one was particularly interesting because so many of those I only heard mentioned but never “explained”. I mean Wafts from the Loft probably have hours of footage talking about Jicky at this point but that’s kinda why it’s hard to find the part where they give the intro about it. Thanks again for taking the time to do this

Hi Ramsey, I bought vintage Rochas Femme Parfum de Toilette thanks to you and Rich Mitch (and Dusan). I love it. This afternoon, I went to one of the flea markets here in Paris. And a guy had a vintage Must Parfum same as yours but the full bottle.I smelled it and I got the galbanum and the aldehydes straight. I bought for 50€. I am so happy. It is so complex

I just suggested Rochas Femme to my friend as a gift that he wants to buy for his mother. By the way, there is the best store ( for me it's a museum) of vintage fragrances in Toronto, from where you can order many great bottles for excellent prices. It is "Enchanté" and there is the biggest soul in our frag community. His name is Anooj Patel.

Amazing selection, there's too many for me to comment on, but this brought back many memories and 'aha' moments. The list gets longer....Really enjoyed this, to hell with the algorithm.

Thanks so much for doing this video and highlighting these wonderful scents, I own 10 of the ones featured and I have so many more female marketed scents that I enjoy, you have amazing taste in fragrance. Actually I’m in a Tuberose phase at the moment and my favourite Tuberose scents are Fracas by Robert Piguet, a huge in your face Tuberose and Histoires de Parfum Tuberose No 3 Animale which is stunning, I also have Alexander McQueen McQueen EDP in the post, I’m looking forward to that.

Watching these older vids again. Womens Fragrances I wear as a man: Rochas fem ( discovered because of your channel) Shalimar edt and edp ( also discovered by your channel) Elizabeth Taylor passion for women, Elizabeth Taylor white diamonds, Cabochard, Opium fir women edp, and I think a couple more . I smelled poison and I’m going to get that one too. Oh, and for some reason ( even though it’s newer) Keneth Cole for her. And Rouge Hermes . I’ll have to try these others. If it’s good it’s good no matter who it’s marketed to

@@RamseytheRam do you have older one or the 200O one? I heard it was rereleased in 2000 and changed. I had went to that perfume shop about a year ago and almost bought it and it was an older bottle. It was clear glass and smelled older. When I went to get it and unbeknownst to me ( because I was a new one in the red bottle. It didn’t smell quite the same . It was still great though. Since I bought it and it’s decent I still wear it. But can you send me a pic of it?

R. Sometimes you say "tester" like they are different than live product. It's same goo. Just with notes on the back! This was a good one...💋

@@RamseytheRam researching to figure out date of production of the Youth Dew , it is one of the repeat every 10 years batch codes, the juice is so dark , almost black It is so pungent I am guessing from the Oakmoss and you were saying Azuree is even better , Wow

Yes my youth dew bottle is the same way & yes I think it is the real oakmoss doing that and YES if you like the oakmoss in youth dew the oakmoss in vintage azuree is ever better ... it is so good my face does this everytime 🤤

Great video and collection! I just got my vintage Bal a Versailles EDC and sprayed some on my mothers arm and we ask later my father if it smells good. He said she smells like me lol. So it's definitely a beautiful unisex fragrance.

I have never smelled the EDC but I have the vintage pure parfum and that stuff is sooooo good... its better than musc ravageur to me ... even better than vintage musc ravageur with the mat cap 🔥

Femme rochas is fabulous. I adore it so much . Seeing you liking this one , you might want to try boucheron by boucheron. Magnificent one

Hi Ramsey. I'm 50, and discovered your channel very recently, but became very interested, as we got similar tastes. I have a good fragrance collection: vintages (male and female targeted fragrances), designer's and niche. Speaking of your video, we share the same passion about chypres and I also wear "female targeted" fragrances of old, many of which I find much more masculine than today's masculine fragrances. You chose (and own) a lot of fantastic scents (I envy you), and inspired me to look for some on the market. If I may, I'd like to recommend two fantastic hidden gems: A Touch Of Class by Fabergè (green chypre) and King Kong by Kenzo (fruity - banana - leathery chypre. Fabergé's a beast mode fragrance, and also cheap (I paid around 30 for a 100ml, here in Italy). KK is a beast as well, but it's very rare and quite expensive (around 140 for a 100ml EDT, if you can find it). Both of them are worth searching and blind buying. You gained a new follower! BTW: happy 2022!!!

You wont get any sponsored content or fancy graphics but the promise I made to myself is to always give you guys my honest take whether good or bad. Hope you enjoy the content and once I hit 1000 subs and can live stream there will be some very interesting conversations that will take place with other fragrance lovers as well on tue channel. excellent review, among all the "feminine" ones you listed, I think Bandit is the most masculine of all, I have a version of Opium with 24k gold flakes but much smaller, just like Lair Dior, do you know anything about it? Greetings.

Watching this again! Vintage Perry Ellis eau de parfum for her, aldehydes and animalic pineapple. Almost beast mode, no idea that Perry Ellis had such a good and unique fragrance. Keep on Rams’in! 😂

I was going to mention Bourdan’s favorite fragrance. POAL is good stuff. Vintage Samsara is very nice. Sold my Ma Liberte - nice but not for me. I have to get my nose on vintage Miss Dior, Chanel No 19, and Female Opium. Great video!

Yes vintage miss Dior is on my list too... as far as ma liberté goes did u have the edp or edt? If you can find a vintage of no. 19 edt i think u will be blown away.. and vintage opium is like a mountain top experience for me... doesnt get much better when it comes to perfumery.. cheers my friend Thanks for watching & commenting as always🥂

you're pronunciation of "chypre" is just how I would say it in English, sounds good! The Watch (Montre) bottles are just gorgeous. I never smelled Mitsouko cologne, must be amazing as I really like the EDT. As long as you're taking pronunciation tips (God knows, I could use some myself) Jacques Guerlain is pronounced simply: 'Jahkh, the final s is silent. I have the same Shalimar Parfum de Toilette in the Habit de Fete case. Stunning formulation! Heavy on the animalics and in the drydown, I get hints of the same cloves from LHeure Bleue EDP.

Got a first impressions video coming today of a fragrance I think you would LOVE 😎 look up krizia Teatro Alla Scalla... released in 1985... long discontinued but i scored a 50ml bottle for 40 bucks recently.. wearing it for the first time and I am in awe of its beauty 🤤😯 originally released for women but i know you dont care about that and neither do I.. what a find!

I have a .25 oz of Bal à Versailles Parfum and it is indeed amazing. Definitely in a league beyond Grand Soir. I like Grand Soir in the top and mid, but the dry down is too cloying for me.

Where do you buy your decants? Do they leak in the slightest? I’m asking because I’ve had a bad experience and several reviews express the same issue with certain ones. I travel often and decants work best when traveling. Thank you

Ive been eyeing the Paloma Picasso, because of the animalic notes. I did notice it was excluded on your other ranked female fragrances that you wear. And hear you say it leans a little feminine for you. I'll wear women's, Shalimar, Mitzouko, Jicky, Obsession....but i'm at a pause now on this one. Would you say the current Picasso is even more feminine than the ones mentioned? Is it nice and animalic, or more just feminine?

Hey Rams! This popped up in my recs - my fem collection is very limited, but the highlight for me is Amouage Jubi 25 Woman. I also enjoy Bal a Versaille as you know, and a rose-centric, L'orientale Night de Paris Venice which smells fem but it's my fave rose even above MFK L'homme a la rose, Toy Boy, Emor London Oud No. 1and TF Rose Prick. Now Shalimar and Mitsouko, no way - not for me, not for any woman Im with, lol. I also don't like Chanel No. 5, my ex wore it and I hated it. I dont know if this line was specifically fem but I also have Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Forte Bosca Vanilla, love that one. For women, I like only on gals Amouage Guidance (pure aphrodisiac for me) and Overture Woman, Gucci Glorious Gardenia edt (discontinued), og Ralph Lauren Romance and Chanel Allure fem.
