@who346 1 second ago Just think How things would change if Fathers got Automatic Joint Custody 50/50. And that the exchanges must be made at a police station with cameras w/audio and supervision. The change would be swift. But the GOVT cant afford it, cause the loss of control over the women*voters on social programs....ie, make up of public housing, day care, and food benefits. Plus the judges would lose thier SLUSH Funds of child support money.

Hey brother, love the show. Real quick, I am a single father. I took my son and left my now Ex-wife back in 2014 and have been raising him with almost zero% finicial help from her, she is well over 10k in arrears. But, I don't nor ever needed it, just principal. Anyway, the dude was saying "Joint Custody". There are two different things that happen. There is "legal custody" which will always be joint. That just means decisions on stuff such as education or medical things. Then there is "physical custody". One parent is designated the primary and the other has visitation. The one day a week and ever other weekend is standard across the board in the country. It's called a Schedule A. But, this is only if you life in close enough proximity. If the parents live across the country then a schedule B is put in place ie a few weeks in the summer and certain holidays. Real talk, if men want too be in their father lives, then they need to fight for "physical custody", period! Then that means we hold the cards and are way more likely too follow the court order visitation v. the mom. Because, in my experience both personal and otherwise, these women can't not put their emotions aside for the sake of the child/children. They try too punish the father for leaving or cheating etc. So men, stop playing the "visitation" game and go for physical custody. You are going to have to make sacrifices ie slowed down social life etc. But look at the stats! Our kids are better off being raised by a single dad v. Mother if both isn't an option.

You can't call a Dad a deadbeat when you take away all his chances to be a Dad. I fought hard and got 26 out of 30 days a month custody. She was more worried about what she looked like (social media/coworkers) than actually taking care of our two kids. She wanted the perception that she did everything without putting in the effort.

As a single father of two, who has spent the last three years in and out of court fighting for all of the access I had to my children before we separated, that last part of this video hit close to home. I was always praised as a good father when we were together but the moment she found out she couldn’t get the money she thought she was going to get everything turned around. My advice to anyone going through it or potentially going through it is lawyer up, keep everything to text or email and never stop fighting to be in your child’s life. The system is nowhere near favorable to men but never give up and remember that time is on your side and your children will grow to see who their mother really is without you having to tell them. Almost 15 years later I was playing in a regular Joe's softball league and one of my teammates had a daughter who was ranked in the top 20 for pitchers in college fastpitch in California. She came to one of our practices one day and eventually challenged anyone that wanted to hit against her. After I took her out of the park 3 or 4 times her dad stepped in and said that was enough. Meanwhile his ex is from a very rich family and they could easily destroy him in the court system so he now has to always make sure she's happy or they will make him pay. Crazy thing too is he obviously cares way more about the kids than she does. She is off partying all the time and wants to do all these other things. It's pretty brutal to watch.

@@breckenridgelong7692 Then he has to prove that she's off partying and doesn't care about her kids. It baffles me that some of these guys are actually that dumb. Like, it's simple guys, get the evidence and maybe they won't take your kids. Maybe they will be lenient toward you. Truth is that a lot of guys don't get off easy because they might be seen in the case to be unfit by one judge but then will be seen as fit by the other one. SO LONG AS THEY HAVE EVIDENCE PROVING THEY ARE GOOD. Also depends on how old or young they both are. If he's a decade older than her, the court will side with the woman. If they're the same or similar ages, I've seen the court cases go both ways. You can try for a re-trial at a different time with a different judge. But that again costs a ton of money. That's why I'm not out partying and hooking up with women because I don't want some random chick to wind up on my steps and say it's my kid and I either take care of it or she'll take me to court. Fortunately, there are decent women with good morals out there (probably about 70% if I'm honest), who will understand that the job is not a high paying one and that the father will have an extremely tough time paying. After 18 I, as the parent, shouldn't have to pay any alimony. There should be a federal law put in place to back that up. If the kids have jobs, and are self-sufficient enough to pay for some of their things, then their should be a law that states nobody has to pay alimony after the kids 18-19th birthday.

When our youngest was 18 the ex, fresh outa prison, drank herself to death. She died owing me $80K in back child support. These 304's be out here.

To the guys out there getting screwed over by an ex, ive been there. Was kicked out by my partner in 2005 and had to live in a room leaving behind my 2 year old girl and an unborn son. Ive struggled with money and finding a settled place to live for years due in part to having to pay CS. I saw my kids a lot though, and now Im married to the love of my life who i met 5 years ago, ive got a great relationship with my daughter who turned 21 last week and my son who is 18 in September and once he hits 18 I dont have to give their mum another penny. So if you are down and struggling, just keep going, one step at a time. You will come through the other side, and even if you dont have much money for the time you spend with your kids, they remember the fun, the conversations, the laughs. Your time is more important to them than your money.

Maybe you dfdn't lose her though. I had friends who's parents were going through a very bad divorce, they were about to give the kids away to the mom when the dad said that she was abusing the kids and that it was not safe with her because she was gone for days on end. Well, when a PI was hired by the dad, and he found the kids, all under the ages of 15, alone for days on end, that was when the dad got angry. My friend said that, at 12, she almost never got to see her dad. Now her brother was mad at their dad because he though his dad didn't fight hard enough in court. My friend hated her mother and thought she was the reason their family fell apart, and she wasn't all that wrong. 3 months go by, he meets with another, male, attorney, and they get the evidence into the re-trial for the custody of the kids and by my friends sophomore year of HS, her dad had full custody over her and her younger siblings. The older siblings chose to stay with the mom.

Mind you this was in 2007 when Facebook was just getting traction and growing. Most of us still used MYSPACE AND OUR FIRST FRIEND WAS Tom! So we asked our coaches and one Saturday we all met at the softball field (girls wanted home court and to use softballs). Well, let's just say by the time they got through the top of the first inning and it was their turn to bat the score was 14-0. We hit 5 homeruns! So they claimed we couldnt throw a softball pitch and we would walk everyone. Well, my bigger sister played softball and i knew how to pitch it too. They got 2 people on base and then i struck out the 5th batter 😅. Inning 2, we knocked 7 homeruns in a row. The girls quit after that!

As their father, keep fighting for the goodness of your kids❗️ 🚨However, given the destructive nature of the mother of your children, that you yourself testified, you might also consider undertaking paternity tests for the kids, in order for you not to invest unwisely and purposelessly. As for you: either you remain abstinent fleeing fornication at all costs, or you marry virtuously ON YOU THE MAN TERMS, otherwise you shall loose more than you already have entertaining Jezebels like the mother of your children. Above all: repent, and become a Born-Again BiBle-Obeying Christian. 🎯"And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. I constantly see all these guys having a hard time seeing their kids because of a snake. Well just like a man walking out at night in a dark alley without a strap, wearing gold from head to toe is a fool, so is a man who is desperate enough to give his kids the genes of a snake, to give snakes power over them. To bite the apple. I get it, we all make mistakes, but some are bigger than others, and a part of being a good dad, is picking a good mother. We can't pounce on foolish chicks for being played if we don't do the same to men. Accountability. No way a chick who demands that much money didn't show her scales to some degree before he bit into that fruit.
