She did but tbf she was lagging behind already a decent amount when you look at the wide shot previous to the fall. Chances are she wouldn’t have made the top 3 by the end of it. Still sucks to have your one chance absolutely and definitively ripped away through no fault of your own

I think they need to change the stagger. Run the 1st 400 or 500 in lanes, then break for the pole. Less congestion, contact and more pure speed racing.

She's going to have to learn humility and grace. She should have walked over to the three winners and congratulated them, instead of walking off as if her fall didn't effect or injure another runner, then a few hours after, tried to take one of the three winner's spot to the Olympics by appealing the race (which was denied). She's too prideful, and as scripture says, "Pride goes before a fall."

It's not her style to slow it down after they break the lane separation. When she is in dominant form, she goes to the front and contols the race from the front. The moment she didn't do that, it felt odd, and then came the fall. The Kenyans are going to eat up the 3 going to Paris.

Reviews will be done to see if she was tripped by anyone. I have played the video at 0.25 normal speed. So far all I seem to be able to tell is she was NOT clipped from behind by the eventual winner or the girl to her right. She doesn't appear to have been clipped by Rogers either. I would like to see video from behind, inside, outside & above. My initial opinion is she mis-stepped, started to fall, then her left arm connected with the right arm of the girl who placed 3rd. If any protest is to be launched, she had to complete the race.

Athings success in her early years was to get out in front of the pack and go! She doesnt have experience running in a pack. Coach Kersey is not the coach Id want for my kid. Hides them away from competing, making this their 1st one of the year. changes totally Mu's approach to racing and training, that she has had great success with. Cashing that Nike paycheck, Coach? for what? How many times have you seen Sydney McLaughlin run in the last 2 years? He's been keeping her off the track too. Sponsors can't be liking that.
