I've watch a bunch of pattern tutorials and by far you have thee best tutorials and great teaching methods. So glad I found your channel!

I viewed many videos of how to make a woman’s trousers and did not like the whole videos but after viewing this one, I can say it is well done for the beginner from the start to finish ! It’s clear, simple and easy to follow with repetition skillfully used .... just what I needed! Thank you for sharing so graciously!

Thank you Mma, once you explained it the crotch line measurement was obvious, but in all my many years of seeing I had never eard/read how it can be worked out so easily. Most instructions involve dividing up measurements and adding on. Great instructions and perfectly timed as I need to make a couple of new pairs. Very grateful.

You did a really wonderful job of explaining and showing how to create a perfectly accurately sized pattern. I watched it through, and then again, but stopping it while I transferred my own measurements on to the paper. Its turned out perfectly ! I am short but wide, so getting anything to fit me is damn near impossible without taking up hems or altering sleeve lengths, so I thought I might as well just make them from scratch anyway. Thank you for a really useful and helpful video.

exactly cos i got stuck at the back. couldnt finish the project cos of the back panel and no dart explanation for the front and non for the back

I made this pattern with my own measurements and it fits like a glove! Wow! Thanks for the great explanation! You didn’t say anything about seam allowance, so I’m assuming I just add whatever I want it to be? (1/2” or 5/8”)
