This pace in first 2 laps is very similar to a race I ran in Coos Bay, Oregon as a Freshman in High School for North Bend. I finished in fourth place. The winner was David Loftus of Marshfield Pirates in 4:32.

I actually thought she was a man. I don’t mean that offensively, but she is really built like a ton of bricks. Shes all muscle!
