Harder bottled all the two clear chances Kerr provided, Kerr scored hers. Kerr deserved it more than anyone on the pitch

I'd argue Berger on this one, but that's the problem with individual player awards. P was superb and so was Kerr, could have gone anywhere and it be simultaneously fair and unfair.

My belief is PLAYER OF THE MATCH should have been Chelsea's GOAL KEEPER, as Manchester team was realy hot and firing at Blues most of game time , she stood strong and saved all the balls going in the net. Even though Sam is my country girl she wasn't the one in this match as stand out PLAYER . Please correct me if I'm not correct re. English FOOTBALL as I come from a nation big on AUSTRALIAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE or AFL as commonly known. I just started to watch your footy because of Sam original AFL player from Australia 🇦🇺. WELL DONE BLUES!!

Well done Chelsea Ladies and well done Sam Kerr...again :0) I loved the interview she gave after the game..."I did not deserve Player of the Match, but on behalf of the Team, I will accept it". It was a lazy choice, with no thought given to it and it was like, whoever the Co-Commentator was, who made the choice, was thinking: "She scored, so that will do". It was typically how Sam Kerr can be, do absolutely nothing for 89 minutes and then score. She is a Goal Scoring Machine and Chelsea would be lost without her, especially as they have lost Harder and she will need to be replaced, not that I am complaining, Pernille Harder and Magdalena Eriksson are going to Bayern and we welcome them with open arms :0) Harder was the game changer today and Man Utd should have won it, but if you do not take chances, you cannot expect to win Games, they will learn that and I am sure it will not be long before that Man Utd Team is winning trophies. Now onward and upward, hopefully Chelsea W will win the League and do yet another Double. Such a refreshing change to watch the Kadies be so successful, considering how dismal the Men have been this Season.

@@barclayswsltv I love Sam Kerr and we are friends, but "No", she did not deserve it and she admitted as much and good for her. It was a lazy pick and not justified at all. Ingle, or Perisset, or Mjelde, deserved it, but the true POTM was Berger and ALL of that Chelsea Women's Squad agree.... even Sam Kerr and if this Site would let me put the link up, I could prove it to you, but just put "chelsea w fa cup final vs man utd player ratings" into your Search Engine and you can see that for yourself.
