Something to consider is that some women put an enormous amount of time, effort and money into taking care of themselves and their appearance especially in looking good for a date. That can be seen as a value and a currency in itself. I can tell you first hand it's a higher price tag than a dinner. Would you be ok with it if your date showed up straight from the gym in trainers, no makeup and hair in a ponytail? If you're ok with that than suggest a casual date, go for a walk, hit a food truck. On the other hand if you go for the type that shows up fierce and flawless than you're likely going to get entitlement for days.
