A Doggy One of my friends dad got theft by strangers who offered him ride and food. That food stall was already associated with these robbers. After eating food offered by strangers, his father lost consciousness. After looting him, they dropped him at nearby park and left. So never take anything from strangers or free ride alone.

The incident I was talking about was in the 1980s, so things were even more unregulated. I think my dad bought a Coke somewhere at a food stand and the "sales man" opened it behind the counter and drugged it before handing it to him.

Rule two: Always hold a hand over your drink when you don't have the drink in eye-sight. There are some sneaky bastards out there and some drugs are clear in color and tasteless or their taste is masked by the drink itself. I speak by experience. I've drugged myself due to insomnia when I couldn't get proper sleeping medication. Bad idea, I know but I was desperate to sleep. May also have drugged my partner when she's in a bad mood. When she get tired she shuts up. Works very well, I recommend it. Have gotten very good at moving sleeping bodies. Changing her into sleeping clothes was tricky at first. Strange thing: Somehow they are heavier when asleep. Do choose a drug that doesn't cause a headache. No one wants to wake up with a splitting headache.

​@Lil Cory That's why the bartender puts the glass on the counter in front of you. Then again. The bartender can have two bottles one that's clean and one that have drugs in it. This is a cat and mouse game. So some bars have one or several cameras pointed at the bartender. But a simple hand trick while holding the bottle could put a pill in the glass while pouring. I find the hand trick hard to do. The cameras don't pick it up because the pill is behind the bottle. Cat and mouse game indeed.

I've been drugged in a bar, but realized what happened, and staggered out of there. Blacked out a block away from the bar. Woke up in an alley a few blocks away, I'd had the presence of mind to hide in some bushes, thankfully. It was scary.

My older brother had this happen to him once. A group of girls were celebrating a bachelorette party at a bar and I thank god everyday that our neighbor was working at the bar and clocked in for his shift when he saw my brother start getting hazy. That's not true. The level of flunitrazepam required to induce deep sedation in an average person is not enough to significantly affect the density of the beverage, and certainly wouldn't lower the density, as would be required to make the ice sink. As a general rule, if the drink was left out of your sight for more than 10 seconds, assume it is spiked. If the criminal did a sloppy job, there might be some white residue along the side of the glass or the top of the ice. If you see ample evidence, such as white residue, or eyewitness account, pretend not to notice, get the names and number of the people you were talking to, memorize their faces, hold the drink out of their arms reach, and call the police once you are satisfied with your safety and information. They will not give any more information after you call, and may become combative. If safe, prevent the criminals from leaving and provide the police with the drink, and all of the information you gathered. They will start an investigation including toxicology of the drink, residue analysis, fingerprint if needed. The criminals will be charged with assault with a controlled substance, and possible conspiracy to commit sexual assault along with possession and distribution of a controlled substance. Together, this can amount to as much as 20 years in prison for both perpetrators. Important though: Do not drink it, Do not touch any powder, Wash your hands after, and if they are trying to force it down your throat, dump it out immediately. Your safety comes first, and justice comes second.

May i submit an idea? A shy and sensitive guy asks a girl out in a club/bar (who is with all her friends) but gets rejected in a very hurtful way and is insulted and humiliated by them (drink poured over his head,...), and he is too shy to defend himself, so he undergoes everything while trying to ignore them (but he is clearly about to cry). I'm belgian and i frequently watch your show, it would be amazing to see an episode like this!

It's Female Privilege. If a guy gets in these women's face, not only is the man limited in what he can do and say to these women, he also has to watch out for the man he is helping getting ticked off for cock blocking. There are many men who have stepped in to help domestic violence situations for example to help someone, and then find themselves with BOTH the man and the woman turning their rage against the guy trying to help. A woman helping on the other hand, has the advantage of being able to to throw a punch against another woman (or man), not worry about the man fighting her, and if she gets in trouble knows there will be other random men willing to help if the man or the woman attack the helping woman. There are social experiments on KZread that show this exact situation for things like domestic violence, and good samaritans with gender reveals.
