Two years ago, I was at the Venetian, and a slot attendant told me 2 weeks before a guy was watching the techs install a bank of new Dancing Drums. When the guys finished, the player cashed out his voucher, put in the new machine and pressed $5.28 once, and won 1.5 million. First spin ever in that machine.
