I went there 3 years ago. our Lady is there. it changed my life. Praise be to her son Jesus christ and his scared heart. I was blessed to meet her and set and talk to her at her house. she's truly an instrument of God's love, and mother Mary's heart that radius of her son's love for us.

@@birdsong985 She venerates Mary and loves (worships) Jesus. Read what she said "Praise be to Her Son Jesus Christ and His Sacred Heart". Mary is only spreading the good news of Her Son Jesus as She is asking for people to turn back to God and Her Son Jesus.

This beautiful girl who went with so much faith! I hope she gets healed and all who come to our Lady seeking help. We live in a world of desparity with the addicted, afflicted, and the mentally ill. I pray every day for everyone and I pray for our Church. I lost my faith but just for a minute when my son died at 25, now have it back 10 fold. Long story, when one finds out the true reason why we are here and why we must depart, it becomes a bit scary since we all have to be prepared as we never know when we will be taken. Lord remember me.

Unfortunately, Catholic culture has been drenched with the depravity of accepting sickness, disease and early/tragic death for so many centuries, that it would be difficult to delete those realities out of their consciousness in a short period of time. I'm convinced that Meghan would not have had to die, except for those age-old thought patterns. It doesn't matter if Our Lady appears or not, what matters is to what degree the earth-bound people in a given community carry Divine healing, and to what extent they believe in it. Our Lady was always the greatest believer even while on earth.

@COh, que pena que pienses asi. Si, es muy cierto que las Apariciones de Medjugorje aun no han sido aprovadas por la iglesia, pero si han dado permiso para que se ore y que se haga peregrinación. Ahora bien, eso de que son falsas pues, mi comentario sobre eso es que, no nocozco nada que viniendo de algo fraudulento, produzca tanto fruto. Yo baso mi comentario en lo que el Evangelio nos dice: "...Por sus frutos los conocereis" En la parroquia de Medjugorje en la oficina parroquial, estan los registros de cientos de milagros alli ocurridos; ademas parece ser hoy dia el lugar donde mas se hace confesion. Le llaman "Medjugorje, el confesionario del mundo" Todo eso dice mucho. Claro que Fatima y Lourdes también son lugares de mucha gracia y ya aporbadas, esto está mas que sobre entendido. Finalmente, creo que Medjugorje lo terminaran aprovando. Que Dios te bendiga.

@C mira, yo soy portuguesa. Las apariciones de Fatima no las aprobaran encuando ocurrieron, solo despues. Medjugorje no es falso. Por favor no hablen si no saben lo que pasó. En portugal los niños no los creían los mandaran al carcel... mucho sufruerieron! El 13 de oct 1917, aun sin aprobación eran 70.000 las personas en la Cova da Iria. Sin trasportes sin calles era campo y sin aprovación de la Iglesia 70.000 fueran ahí. Que Diós nos salve!

@C los mensajes de Fatima la Iglesia no cumplió! Tenía que consagrar Rusia y no lo hizo! Tenía que revelar el tercer segredo en los años 60 y no lo hizo! Se está dando mensajes todos los días, porque és necesario. En Fatima no hubo conversiones!! La Iglesia aprobó pero no hizo lo que Diós indicó que se hiciera! True .. Medjugorje has not been condemned and has not been approved. It is still in the discernment stage. carm.org/what-are-the-approved-mary-apparitions-of-the-roman-catholic-church Still, people have faith. My mom has faith because she met Linda Christie who went there and got cured.

I’ve been to Fatimá, Lourdes, Rome and Medjugorje. So I can say, I made my own opinion: There is something strange about Medjugorje and I didn‘t felt the same emotions like in the other places I‘ve been before...as catholics we should obey to the pope and the Vatican never approved the apparitions. Going there, without any proof of truth, is a sin

For those who enjoy being overly critical of Our Lady of medugorje, are you as critical of your parish Priests? When was the last time you heard your parish Priests preach on the reality of Hell, sin, and especially mortal sin that will damn your soul. When was the last time you heard your parish Priests preach against the countless mortal sins of the flesh such as the mortal sin of the use of contraception, the mortal sins of fornication, adultery, sodomy? In Truth, we are much more likely to lose the Truth of our Catholic Faith from our local Bishops and Priests then we will from following any particular apparition site. If our modern day Church were living out the Catholic Faith Our Lady would not be appearing all over the world to desperately call us back to God. And be assured Our Lady is appearing all over the world, Medjugorje just happens to be the most well known in part because of the great length of time Our Lady has been appearing there. If a person doesn't have any sense what so ever that these times we are now living in are extremely wicked times then that person is living far from God. To be in the state of Sanctifying Grace means living in friendship with God. Being a friend of God is to see the world through His eyes not our own. Anyone one of you who has ever had a Truly close friend you know that person better than anyone else. When they are sick and in pain, you as a friend are sharing in their pain. We now live in an age where the great majority of humanity are living steeped in the mortal sin of Unbridled Egoism which is obviously an out of control selfishness. People do not live their lives to please God but to please themselves as their own god. This is a mortal sin against the first commandment of God.

You need to get saved. You have to be born again. You must trust and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ who was crucified to pay the wages of sins for you and me. He died and was buried and rose again on the third day according to the scriptures. He made himself a sacrifice once and for all to redeem man. Get yourself a bible and read it and ask the Lord to show you his truth, the only truth there is. And if you are sincere he will open your eyes and give you sight so you won't be deceived by Satan that apears as an angel of light according to the scriptures.
