I’ve had several delivery men steal my number off of my orders, it’s one of the most unsettling feelings in the world. One time one asked me on a date and I told him no and he came back to my house and sat outside of my house for hours hoping I’d come out and even went as far as telling me how cute my kids were because he saw them through a window. It was super creepy. I moved and changed my routines after that. Now I only do pick up orders.

I feel like p.o.r.n is detrimental to peoples minds and everything is so sexualized now and days that people can’t process what is acceptable behavior and it’s actually kind of scary. Like guys expect all women to just be ready and willing to give it up. It’s just creepy. When not everyone is easy, the easy ones give us a bad name. She did the right thing. Blocking could have made Ahmad act out in a very aggressive way, and considering she was trapped on a 4 hour flight with him on a plane is frightening. Creepy usually escalates to dangerous, the airline should have reacted the first time he swiped someone's phone number and harrassed them.

Something similar happened to me a few months ago. Someone overheard my phone number while checking out at petsmart and looked me up online, got info about what I do for a living and then started texting me. Needless to say, I no longer verbally give my info in stores and warn every checkout person who asks me about doing so to others.

He got her number in an invasive way, continued to text her after she told him she didn’t want him to, and then sent unwanted, explicit photos. That illegal behavior whether he worked for the airline or not. At the very least he should’ve been fired the first time this happened. Very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior.

Annndddd that is why mi cat Micah regularly gets upgraded from spoiled baby to my boyfriend. Maybe I should claim his sister Harlequin/Harley is my daughter. She already acts like a baby when she wants canned food. Actually she is the baby. Somehow she manipulated us both into babying her.

After the first few texts, she should have quit responding to him and immediately reported him to the flight attendant. I know she eventually did that, but when they showed all the messages, you could see she responded multiple times to the creep, which probably encouraged him even more.

He could be potentially dangerous with her personal information and clearly had no sense of personal boundaries. However, it is weird this woman kept texting him back almost as if encouraging his behavior. As I said to another commenter, her replies were primarily to find who this person was, where he was, and how he knows her. She did this for her own safety , it was not encouraging it. Blocking him would have just made it worse- he may have followed her back or just walked up and sat next to her. You can never be too safe

The fact that the airline kept him after the first incident just goes to prove once more that creepy or suspicious behavior is usually ignored until it’s too late. Thankfully she spoke up about it and they listened, but it creeps me out that now he’s just a random man who knows where she lives.

But if you mean, to take action within the first 3-5 texts, then that's more sensible. Otherwise, anything ,ore than that, you didn't do that good of a job protecting yourself, pretty bad in my opinion. If this was a serial killer back in the good old days, she would have been snuffed out 10-15 texts.

The problem is that they'll probably have to pay for the flight back bc if they fly standby somewhere then try it coming home but get bumped, if they miss work bc of that it's automatic termination.

I love that the company says we take privacy and safety seriously but yet the other employee says this isn't isn't first time he's done it.

At first, I wondered why she kept responding to his texts instead of ignoring him, but upon closer look at 1:16 , it seems that she was genuinely confused and considered the possibility that she had given her number to a man she might have met in passing. This guy totally took advantage and violated someone's privacy. I hope she wins her lawsuit and I hope he gets blacklisted from working for any airline. What a creep and good riddance.
