We would not have a justice system if we didn't have defense attorneys. This is not their fault, they're doing their job. I don't think they accused the husband, I think they pointed out that the husband could have killed his wife but the DNA and other evidence was too strong. The lawyers have to give a defense or the accused gets another trial.

I was on a murder trial once where we had no difficulty declaring him guilty of second degree murder but we were hung on a minor charge. After two days we gave our verdict of guilty on all charges and hung on one charge. Being hung on one charge doesn't mean a new trial, the judge just looks at the hung charge as a declaration of not guilty.

after that comment you should seriously play boiling point, its an unknown game i discovered in 2024 and i ended up enjoying it more than any GTA game, helicopters, boats, airplanes, it has stalker1-level of graphics too which is pretty impressive for a 2004 title. the open world is 600sq/km its pretty huge and theres even air combat its great

25 yr county jail nurse, that’s what we said 3 hits& a cot, it’s free meals 2/3 x’s day, including insulin 2-3 x’s day. When I started the diabetic got snack 2x day, esp for the psych units we had real OJ for their meds.. I’m retired , it used to b neurologist, cardiologist, primary md, acupuncture, foot md, psych his trust, 24/7 psych workers, free, probably missed something..
