Woman Adopts Grandparents' Grumpy Cat | The Dodo Cat Crazy
After Angela's grandparents passed away, her family searched for the best home for the cat they had for 15 years. Angela just knew she had to take Mackenzie in, even though Mackenzie was feisty and grumpy all the time. She showered her with love, and one day, decided to start taking her out for adventures to see if Mackenzie would react a certain way. Now, that's how the two bond ❤️

She's been trying to tell everyone for 15 years that she just wanted to go outside 🤣
Sounding like she smoked a pack a day for 15 years. I love her.
This is a good example of why you should give your cats some good outdoor time. 15 years old and she adapted quickly. Have a little patients and give them some fresh air.
The fact that Angela chose enrichment as a route to this feisty girl's heart is just so incredibly insightful. Well done. That was inspiring.
She's not grumpy, she's a metal singer! All growls and shouty on stage but just a big old softy under it all 😊
She was “grumpy” because she was an adventure cat, not a homebody.
Her granddad is up there looking at them thinking "Look at my girls having littles adventures!" he must be so happy!
My cat who passed last June had a very similar deep voice. She too was hiding the fact she was a good girl under a cover of grumpiness. I miss her every day.
I'm glad she's living her golden years with someone who was already family.
I don’t think she’s grumpy but that’s her normal meow while she’s trying to imitate elders’ voices 🥲
"Why do you have an onion?"
that is one good looking healthy 15 year old kitty
“She’s quite upset. She doesn’t like people today.”
Can we talk about the cutest outdoor gear this cat is sporting? 💁🏽♀️💕
Angela: "Why do you have an onion?"
She started a non profit called My Grandpa's Cat to make arrangements to home cats when their senior owner passes.
I inherited a grumpy grandparent cat too. He's very mean, but I still love him.
"She's quite upset. She doesn't like people today."
Angela is a kind of granddaughter every grandparents proud to have. She discover an adventures soul in Mackenzie. Amazing pair.
So happy to hear that more people realise that senior cats have value too and deserve a second chance at happiness!
