    No it’s literally so hard to listen to … the way most people wait for pauses in conversation as a cue before they start talking, Tim Bontemps waits for one of his cohosts to begin speaking as a cue for him to interrupt them. That he does this with a voice and vocal intonation that makes a dying geese sound harmonious, makes it really hard to listen to his usually correct, logical basketball opinions.

    JMcD is a problem for Murray, who is now health-compromised in a series where Denver quit in three games opting to extend the series. Jokic needs to - ironically - score and dominate Q1 like Shaq for denver shooters to wakeup

  • @Nugschris

    @Nugschris

    20 күн бұрын

    Yeah mcdaniels is a problem for murray. But jokic just has to draw the double team and find the open shooter. Bad shooting games happen but I doubt the nugs will shoot 30% on mostly wide open shots at home.

  • @weights250

    @Nugschris Interesting stat I saw on TNT during halftime after the Wolves dominated the half and were up 20pts: Denver: 4 for 21 (from 3) Minnesota 5 for 21 (from 3) I've been hearing a lot of that from Denver fans, that they had a bad shooting night that's why they lost. Stats show both teams were having a bad shooting night, one just plays defense at a high level and doesn't rely on always making shots.

  • @Nugschris

    @Nugschris

    20 күн бұрын

    @weights250 just statistically, the nugs don't shoot 30% for a game very often. Most of their shots were wide open especially in the 1st half. Wolves doubled jokic and dared the rest of the team to shoot, and they missed. If you can't admit that you are not worth debating. Sure, the wolves outplayed the nugs and probably would have won anyway, but that doesn't change the fact the nugs had an off shooting night. Even coach finch talked about it post game so argue with him about it. That crowd had something to do with it, I'm sure. Nugs fans get to return the favor on Sunday.

  • @weights250

    @weights250

    17 күн бұрын

    @@Nugschris Good series. Came down to the very end. Battle of two totally different styles of play. Nuggets heavily rely on offense and making shots while the Wolves heavily rely on constant defensive pressure using a full 8-man rotation. The Nuggets once again missed a bunch of "wide open shots" as they did all series, due to fatigue from MN hounding defense. With that said, Joker is still the best player of the series by far, and the Nuggets will be back. He just needs some help.

    I have probably watched 90 percent of Hornet's games over the last 3 years. Washington was a totally frustrating player. He would score 40 one night, then the next night would score 2. He had 40 points his first nba game ever. He was known for getting on massive hot streaks on 3s, but could never be consistent. Go look at the stats and see how many times he hit 4 or 5 or more threes in a game. There a lot of them. So none of this is a surprise to anyone who has watched him, but the flip side is that there are a bunch of 1 for 10s coming.

    Tim Bontemps must be stopped. Someone save him from himself. It’s as if he waits for one of his cohosts to begin speaking as a cue for him to talk over them. His voice sounds like a goose enduring something horribly painful. This makes it really hard to listen to his usually correct, logical basketball opinions. Someone get him a vocal coach and a shock collar for every time he barks over someone speaking.
