depends how much research has been done on cerberus and wolverine

it's not good to steal)) The balance of the Units is slightly different from each other. Cerberus is not fully pumped. Cerberus also has weaker commander skills.

Well on a Face off scenario without maneuvers Cerberus would win since it has armor and a strong Weapon, but try making them move while shooting each other, Cerberus won't stand a chance.
