I love Mozart's major-key Masses, because they're so cheerful and almost operatic in character. Obviously nobody told him that they're supposed to be solemn. The Coronation Mass, in particular, rocks!

Die größte Faszination die bei dieser großartigen Messe auf mich einwirkt ist, dass so gut wie "nur" lauter junge Musiker die Aufführung gestalten. Gratulation allerdings an das gesamte Orchester und Sänger, natürlich einschließlich des Dirigenten. Es ist eine reife Aufführung, einfach fantastisch anzuhören. Viel schöner und sinnvoller, als sich mit Politik zu beschäftigen.

I cried of joy and emotion listening to the fantastic voice of the soprano ! Ich weinte weil ich hörte die Stimme der Soprano ! Es ist sicherlich die beste Krönung Masse die ich habe nie gehören in meinen ganzen Leben ! Der Ort ist auch wunderbar ! Alles gab mir eine sehr grosse Erhebung meines Geistes !

This composition is like a hidden gem. At first hearing it is too complicated to understand but after each successive hearings one gradually picks up its unfolding beauty and the composition becomes more precious and magnificent.

Halleluja, dies ist von Mozart Musik die direkt von Gott kommt …. Überirdisch und den Menschen die Schönheit über die Musik zeigen soll. Auch Beethoven hat weiter gewirkt….. dennoch müssen wir uns befreien von dem teuflischen um die Pforten erneut zu öffnen…. Diese Musik ist wundervoll. Mozart found his inspiration in Jesus Christ.

I fell in love with this mass with some recording, then with the score, and then had problems to find what I fell in love with again in the recordings, so it is particularly pleasing to see how impressive this performance is, and that it has the number of viewers it has. Nowadays a specific pleasure is to find the soloists you are impressed by through the net, which which confirmed that the soprano is refreshingly musical, but what about the bass? Maybe it is the recording, but his voice seemed particularly helpful in providing support, but he cannot be found anywhere?

I hope the soprano has children who will appreciate their mother's angelic voice.

de Kroningsmis is een subliem werk van Mozart. Uitgevoerd in een kleine bezetting. Het geheel geeft een intiem gevoel met veel luistergenot. De solisten zijn onderdeel van het koor. Ze zitten niet, staan niet op bij een solo zoals bij een kathedrale uitvoering. Dank aan de dirigent, de musicie en het gehele koor. Storend zijn wel de verticale obstakels van de technisie. Met vriendelijke groet petrus bagasbas.

Ahhh finalmente qualcuno e' del mio stesso parere. Voce sublime, straordinaria..il coro meraviglioso ma insopportabile "ag-nus Dei"...purtroppo ogni lingua legge il latino in base alla lingua madre...cosa che mi fa inorridire ogni volta!!! Ma "ag-nus" e' un po' una costante...che peccato!

It is improper to sing in the Church just for concert. The Church is for the celebration of the Holy Mass only. It is abominable to our Lord. And to add to their sins the Blessed Sacrament is behind their back. If God appears what are they going to do because that is His dwelling place on earth. That is His kingdom on earth. It is like invading the home of another person.

It is not for the sake of recreation of the people to listen for their whims and caprices to satisfy their egos. God already did that when He commanded King Solomon to build His temple for him, how it is done, what to use, He gave King Solomon all the requirements for the temple and all the paraphernalia to go with it. What to use as ornaments and the vestments of Priest and for the Altar. Do you think people can just build something like the Church without ideas coming from God Almighty??? God said ""'WITHOUT ME YOU CAN DO NOTHING."""" That is the problem with us because we think we can do things independent of God. Yes, those prayers are sung during the Celebration of the Holy Mass by a Priest in the Roman Catholic Church because those are part of the Ordinary of the Mass but there is no celebration of the Mass here just a concert. A concert has its on venue because it caters to an entertainment of those who want to listen to it.
