Hi Chris!!😀😀 I like it!😀😀 That was a great idea. having to only grab those bigger blocks once is going to be great. Would be nice to have one that would do a 30 inch block would really be nice. Twenty inch blocks are right on the top side of what you can pick up a put on the splitter by hand. It's all the bigger ones than that is what I would be using it for and you still can use it on the smaller ones. Give it a thought!!😀😀 Take care my friend!!😀😀 Logger Al

Looks like a great addition to the line up. Now I'm going to have to get a skid steer 😁.

Would it make the wood fall out if you welded some steel to the end of your push bar so it pushes the logs all the way through, seems like they might fall out where you don't want them.

As always great work Chris.. skidsteer splitters are an amazing tool in the arsenal. The key to efficiency is only using them to make the big chunks manageable for smaller splitters and not trying to get the finished product from it. Built Wolfe tough!!

Thanks Chris for thinking of us smaller guys braking into the next level.. I seen one of your splitters today in person and just like here on KZread I am impressed.. We both didn't have a whole lot of time so I will be going back in a few weeks and we will both run it out if gas.. My wife is already shaking her head as I go further down the firewood rabbit hole. Hahahaha🤣🤣🤣😜👍

Wife and I just take Aleive before we start splitting! A buddy had a JCB like that, then he got the JCB teleskid. What an animal! Handy to be able to get in and out no matter where arms are. He is built like your visitor, but 6'3" tall. I'm 5'10" and 280, so we call it the fat guy skid loader.😉

I live in Florida so firewood is not an issue. However I would gladly split firewood for anyone who asked me to if this was there to use.

I have the perfect rounds for one. I like the upgrade you have! Do you need high flo or standard flow? My c185 is standard flow is why i am asking. Great video. Key to a successful business is quality, durabily and keep inovating your machines! You are doing an awesome job.

I was running this on standard flow, about 1/3 or half throttle in this video

I am a smaller firewood producer out here in Kansas with quite a bit of hedge for the upcoming winter seasons, and looking to get into a skid splitter. Will the 6 way work for that hard of wood or will it be too hard on it? Recommendations?

6 way works well with Hedge. One of our customers has a bunch of videos up splitting Hedge with their Wolfe Ridge. JT Raised Outdoors I think is the channel name

How well do you think it would work on a tractor front end loader?

I have some customers running them on newer tractors in the 50 hp range. They are happy, just not as fast as on the skidsteers. Tractors generally have lower flow and pressure compared to SS

12 way wedge needs the big push block to work correctly.

Whats the minimum auxiliary pressure to work with a 12 way?

That is going to all depend on how tough the wood is. I would say having 3000 psi is gonna do well. Definitely don't want to run the 12 way on real gnarly logs. Just asking for problems there.

Homie is a walking heart attack and better get that under control before it does him in! Maybe try splitting it by hand!
