START STUDYING TARGETS WISE INSTEAD OF HOURS. 1. Keep each sessions of one hour and take breaks in between. 2. Use pen, pencil, highliters while reading and try reading out loud or whisper if your surroundings allow. 3. Make study plan where you allot morning hours to weak and difficult topics/subjects and revision and question practicing to late hours Or study the theory subjects in morning to completely concentrate on the subject.
