Listening to Ghazal Maestro Jagjit Singh ji and his great life partner Chitra Singh since 1990, when I was on a two semester departmental training at IIT Kanpur, my colleague Mr. Biswajeet Ghosh used to listen Jagjeet Singh using a cassette player. Since then till date I never missed ghazals from various albums of Jagjit Singh Chitra Singh. Their command on voice , modulation, presentation and over all control of Rhythm is simply outstanding. His ghazals are immortal. Such high caliber Global artists are always alive in the minds of their listeners. 💐🙏

I am 29+ My mom was used to sing this song in the kitchen while preparing meal for us. . . .I lost her in 2021 COVID Pandemic.

My mom always says to play this ghazal.....a masterpiece.....😍💓💕 she get lost in her childhood when listening 🎧 this...

I really appreciate the singer of this master pice song. I am 60+ , it reminds me my childhode while 6 or 7 years old of a poor family member. while rain water was flowing to small pools of my villiage , tears are coming in my eyes while hearing this song

My dad used to play this song all the time back in 90s. that time I was a kid and did not know the meaning. Now when I understand each word has thousands of meanings. Respect to both singers from Afghanistan.

This is the masterpiece in common, I don't think any of us would not take it in favorite list, isn't it?

I remember my DADI..SHE USED TO MAKE PAPER KI KASHTI..WHEN RAIN START. I M STILL REMEMBER THOSE GOOD DSYS ..NAFEES..KARACHI.PAKISTAN

40 saal beet gye jivan k pr sach mai ye gazal sb gum bhula deti hai. Or mere pyare bachpan ko louta deti hai. Ye gazal jitni baar suno aankhe nam kr jati hai. Pr vo bachpan ki pyari yaaden pyare dost sbko mere pass le aati hai. Kya bolu is rachna k bare mai bus ek baat hi bol skte hain ki gazab ki gazal hai or is pr jagjeet ji ki masoom aawaz . Aap humesha mere fev rhe hain rhenge.

This nostalgic ,mystic, mesmerizing Creation ( i am short of words for this ), instantly drives me to School life, during 60's. I feel like,the Writer was watching me and penned down, whatever my movements were n Jagjit Chitra Jee created ,such a Wonderful, Unique, Evergreen, Everlasting Composition.... Hats off to all....
