I agree... Super value and fun. I have had mine for over a year and still runs great. Only issue now is that the controller disconnects if I release the throttle. I have to turn the controller off and on again.

Makes me want to grab a boat and give it a run. Haven’t done any RC boat stuff in years now. Great stuff David.

Considering this as a first RC boat. Couple of questions if I may.. If it flips over does it right it's self? I know the larger 915 has that feature but not seen it mentioned on this one. Also any problems running it (or any other) in the sea? I guessed the salt might clog it up. Run it in the bath after to clear it? Should I save the extra and go for the 915 brushless version? Cheers for any tips!

Yes this has self righting function if flipped upside down, and never had any issues

Waiting mine one for my children to get rid of at nearby pond.. What is the best recommended and longest capacity of alternate 7.4v lipo that I should get for more run time ??

I'd say 1500mah as there is not much more room than that to fit a larger battery

Hello. A very strange thing happens to me: When I put the boat in the water, I start to accelerate and everything goes well; but if I stop accelerating, when I try again the boat is no longer responding and I have to turn the transmitter off and on again for it to work. Is that normal?

No that is not normal for it to cut signal like that

What about small 3S will this thing survive because 3s makes this boat faster
