I you didn't read the description: I SWEAR I RECOGNIZED THE 4 NOTE MELODY AT :40 (of the MV) - :43 from their song Secret BUT it just turns out Secret is in the same exact key as Dreams Come True (both are mainly in G minor and land on tonic a lot and have melodies that outline G min triad), and they sing in the same range/octave in both songs, so melodies ought to sound familiar, especially when they share similar rhythms.

It’s actually part 3. There is a song called I Wish, which is really similar to Secret and this one. This is a similar concept. Not the prequel or sequel. This one is about magic girls and stuff~ The precious ones were about a cosmo planet.

Just to say something about the producer, the producer of “Secret” was a producer called e.one which has produced Secret and several side tracks for WJSN (Miracle for Happy and Renaissance for Dream your dream (where Dreams come true is the title track)). The producer of this song is a conglomerate producer called Full8loom which consists of several producers. My guess is that Starship Ent (WJSN’s company) thought that the synth-heavy, fantasy like style that was established in “Secret” is the “signature” sound of WJSN, thus Full8loom tried to emulate that style in this song.

The reason its WJSN because if the Korean name is pronouned in American sign language, it will be pronounced as, Woo Joo So Nyeo(idk if this is correct pls correct me haha) So the first letters were used to mske the acronym, "WJSN" IDK if my idea is correct hehe

WJSN is the initial of the group's Korean name "Woo Joo So Nyo (우주소녀)." "Woojoo (우주)" means "cosmos." "Sonyo(소녀)" means "girl." Together "Woojoo Sonyo(우주소녀)" means "Cosmic Girl(s)." So you should've pronounced as "sonyo" for the "SN" part of the group's name instead of how you said as "s'n." We've all seen this Korean word "sonyo(소녀)" in another K-pop girl group name: SNSD, which is the initial for the group's Korean name "So Nyo Si Dae (소녀시대)." "Sonyo(소녀)" again means "girl." "Sidae(시대)" literally means "age" as in the sense of "epoch." Just a little tidbit, Starship's CEO, Kim Shidae/Sidae, used to be in SM when SNSD was in the process of being debuted, and there's a little rumour/story that he was the person behind naming them (well, it's likely he was involved at least, look at his name and then at SNSD's) and if that's true, (it is believed to be true in the Korean kpop fandom world) that's probably one of the reasons why he went with this sort of naming system.

Yeah the color grading was really uneven sometimes. If you watch the video, there would be some parts where they would be in a scene with the same lighting, but when they switch angles or cut back to that scene, the color grading would be different. Don't take my word for it though, The producer's youtube video explains it better why it isn't so pretty. I still loved the song though,

Yeah, watching it again, It's striking how they go from blinding white daytime clouds to dark skies with lightning... A dark storm toward the end, but then more blinding white... Dreams Come True was made by production company Full8loom. Secret was created by e.one but I think that Full8loom's aim was to recreate a similar sound as Secret and in that perspective they succeeded in every way possible.

I just realized you guys edited your video to look more bluish lol (or my eyes are fucked beyond repair) This is one of their nicest songs, just the video hurts and pleases my eyes at the same time

If you thought this one sounded like Secret you should listen to Miracle (their last album) and Renaissance (this album) because those are the ones I thought (in that order) were a continuation of Secret because it gave very similar vibes. I thought those three were a trio of sorts.

I 'm much more into WJSN but I prefer 'Secret Garden' b/c this song is kinda synthy(not a real word but you get it right?) for me.

That ending melody after the white screen is most commonly seen as a school ring (to my knowledge). It's used in quite a few Asian schools as their version of a school bell. When I visit my grandparents in Macau, they live right beside a highschool. Cause school for them doesnt end till August, when I go back in July, I hear that every morning, noon and afternoon (Beginning of school, beginning of school after lunch, and end of school).

Eh, it's not really a continuation of the story or anything, it's just their concept. Also, the producers for Secret and DCT are different peeps, they probably just produced the song similarly to sound like Secret

I think it's melodic. I would like to make a violin cover of it, but a song like SVT's 'Clap' is way too melodically simple so I would only make a dance cover of it.

I just started getting into them, I while back I listened to catch me (?) the one that like "ah, I'm coming" and I didn't really like it. But I then stumbled upon Happy and absolutely loved it, and I love this one too.

It's not clear if this is the sequel or the prequel, but it's directly related to 'Secret', both musically and plot-wise. The Zodiac/constellation iconography in 'Secret' is present here, and it appears the other girls are trying to awaken and/or reunite with Bona as they similarly did with Yeonjung in 'Secret'. Kevin didn't realize how brilliant his observation -- that the start of the MV reminded him of EXO's 'MAMA' -- was, given that Cosmic Girls have a similar backstory as EXO's, in terms of not being from earth and having extraordinary powers. Anyway, thank you for reacting to this group, who, for the quality of music and choreo they consistently put out, is underappreciated IMO.
