I kinda miss when wild bolt used to be 1k damage all the time, but with 10% accuracy. I don't think it became an issue until Celestia came around. I understand why they couldn't keep it that way tho since enchants became a thing in Celestia and accuracy was starting to get better on gear. It was fun while it lasted just zapping bosses and ending battles really quickly!

If you only had a 10% chance to cast it, it’s statistically better now giving you a 33% chance to hit 1000 and with gear nowdays you have 100% cast rate
