3:31 is the most gorgeous ending ever: the camera pans up to the sky and a rainbow forms, indicating a dream come true, Toto runs to the rainbow, as if going off into the sunset, 3:47 Dorothy follows, just like entering heaven or going off into the sunset. (Heaven opens a magic lane) If the words “The End” appeared as Dorothy walks to the rainbow, it would be 101% cooler

Also, in the original version of the Royal Shakespeare Company and its 3 revivals (1987, 88 and 89) the witch was also played by a man (Billie Brown)

what are you taking about? The land of oz has always been like this, there has always been talk of inclusion since almost the original books came out in 1900.
