This is actually a mash up of all the cyclone vids in the stage show. The first one that takes Dorothy to Oz and the one that occurs during the "No place like Home" segment taking her back home.

Don't think so. There was a very reputable band fixer who got the orchestra. The MD was a smashing Aussie guy called Adrian. If you're looking for specific info on that side of the production, it's best to get in touch with Michael Rose Productions directly. Hope that helps.
