So, I just wanted to say thanks for making these videos or my grandma would suffer, because she has talking problems, she wants to say the word but she can’t and has OCD. Actually it is 3 rakat, the ending are different for magrib forz and isha witr.

Thanku brother all praise Allah

Salam to brothers who thinks this is like a maghrib salah. It is not. In the third rakaat, there a takbir which followed by the dua e qunoot. Which is then followed by the ruku. In maghrib, you go straight to ruku after the takbir from qiyam. There is a distinction there. Anw this is from the hanafi madhab, if youre not comfortable then follow your own. This is matter of preference, not a matter of right and wrong. Allahu alam.

TommyCr7 I am hanafi but even hanafi scholars say not to pray like this. Either way I think it is best to praty witr the way it was narrated in hadeeth so then at least we are sure those 2 methods are valid whereas this method was never reported in any hadith.

The brother is performing the witr salaah according to the hanaafi school of taught. Following the teachings of any one of the 4 imams are correct as none of the teachings go against the Quran and Sunnah hence the way he is performing is carried out accordingly .
